Can I use your product if I have sensitive skin?
Our products have been tested by dermatologists on all skin types. If you have sensitive skin, test a small area first before using product on entire face. If redness or discomfort persists, discontinue use.


My face is tingling while using the product, is this normal?
Euphoric Exfoliation uses a form of both physical and chemical exfoliation. Some sensation is normal when using this product. If discomfort or irritation persists, discontinue use of the product.


Where are your products made?
Our products are made in California using globally sourced materials.


Are your products recyclable?
We do our best to use recyclable or reusable materials. Our materials are recyclable except for the dropper on our Step 2 Softening Accelerator.

We accept major credit cards, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Paypal.

We currently ship within the United States.


How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free. We offer expedited shipping for $8.00.


How do I know when my order has shipped?
Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email notifying you your package in on the way.


What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us for a refund. A receipt or proof of purchase are required for a refund.
